Satwa 3000 was born as an ode to the colourful Dubai neighbourhood of Satwa. Celebrating the melting pot of cultures, sounds, flavours, and people from all over the world that gathered in the same spot and city. They did so through parties, pop ups, food, and now with the release of the Satwa 3000 Compilation.

The compilation itself is also a melting pot. The A side is a mixture of sounds that are indebted to hip hop. Whether it be lyrical, instrumental, modern, or even 20th century beats. Blending Arabic and Western sounds and words on a number of tracks. Side B provides even more variety with Turkish and modern club sounds via a remix, an edit, and original productions.

The Satwa 3000 Compilation is another worthy addition to Satwa 3000's praise of the endless diversity of Dubai and this planet.
